if you have a reservation at the hix then cisf will allow you to go to the check-in area....uk counters will be open around the time you land so you should be able to check-in your luggage to your final destination....
thanks Keyser, I've got a booking at the HIX and they did confirm that someone should be able to get me through to the hotel once I land and store the luggage if I am not able to check it back in with UK
