Good day. Question about new Chase business CC accounts being listed on one’s on-line account. Applied for Ink Pref 2 days ago, instant approval (quite surprised, was expecting pending and a recon call as with my last 3-4 Chase personal applications over the past year), webpage stated I would receive the new card in 3-5 business days (no urgency for me, did not request expedite delivery), did receive email today of expected UPS delivery tomorrow, not expecting anything else.
I have 3 different Chase logins:
- business login with only a legitimate (very) small business checking account for 8 years.
- personal login account for many years currently CPC with a brokerage account, a personal checking account, a Trust checking account, and several CC accounts.
- another business login for 1 year currently with 2 (marginally legitimate 😉 ) CC accounts (both instant approved on same date a year ago).
On the personal account login, new credit cards have populated automatically, usually during the (inevitable) recon call. This new Ink Pref account has not populated my business account login and I don’t recall if the 2 new business CC accounts of 1 year ago populated automatically or had to be done manually. I looked on the business login and could not find a link to “enter a new card account to your on-line profile”.
Should this new Ink Pref account populate automatically? Does it need to be entered manually after receipt of card? Am I not finding the link to add a card? Does it require a phone call? Does a new Ink Pref card (without requested expedited delivery) usually arrive via UPS?
