Jet Blue flight cancels flight, refund questions
I purchased 2 RT tickets SJO-JFK for my employees using my AMEX. Monday's flight back to SJO was cancelled after the crew went illegal at 10:30 PM. I rebooked them on the next day on United from EWR back to SJO. I have tried calling Jetblue since Tuesday to see what refund options I have, but the minimum wait time is never less than 180 minutes. Can I get a refund back to my credit card, or will Jetblue only issue a travel credit? And can I get the credit in my name, not my employees? Thanks in advance.
