I’ve had PJ pizza a couple of times. Probably 8+ years ago. Didn't stand out one way or the other.
I’m not horribly picky, though. I’m fine with Costco, Pizza Hut or Domino’s.

Occasionally, we'll get a pizza (from all places) that doesn't live up to expectations, but I don't refuse to go back there based on a one-off experience.
I've had PJ's pizza in several countries... they were all fine (except the one I had in China... the taste was off (I assume the ingredients were local as they had a taste similar to local ingredients). A PJ opened up recently nearby. Haven't decided to try it or not but maybe one day just to see.

For me it depends on the chain. Pizza Huts here tend to be a tad soggy so I generally order it well done there (also for Pizza Nova). But the others here (IME) generally do crisp up the skin a bit.
