Funny little hotel market. The best hotel by far in the market is the Press Hotel (an Autograph), but then there are like six or 7 AC, Courtyard, Hyatt Place, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton, etc all charging $500 or more a night during the summer end selling out. They could probably add a few more hotels here
I think it's partly because the Westin and the Press Hotel have the worst location (IMO) despite having the highest brand "rank" within Marriott while the others listed are better located right down by the water which is especially appealing during the summer tourist season
