Just completed a points stay at the canaves oia suites. Received the one level upgrade from a junior suite to a superior suite without prompting. The room had amazing caldera views from the patio, plunge pool and room. The service at the hotel was the best I have ever received, Aman levels of service, staff magically knows who you are and anticipates your needs. Best hotel breakfast I've had as well, couldn't be any happier with dropping 40k points a night for this hotel
