I can't help you with mileage transfers ... but can make the following suggestions:

Apply for a BA Visa card and get 10K bonus miles on your first purchase. (Details at BA web site.)

If you're in a hurry, you could buy another 8K miles for $215. Not the best deal in the world, but it gets you there. (Details at BA web site when you login to your account.)

Yikes, you need it by March? That is probably too tight to get the bonus miles from the Visa.
