I had a similar issue the other day with trying to add my united FF to my upcoming TAP reservation; received the same error you did. I called them Monday around 12PM PST and while I did wait on hold for 50 minutes eventually someone picked up and was able to take care of it. You just need to wait it out.
Thank you. I'm nervous about dictating passport numbers, United FF numbers, contact info, etc for 3 people over the phone. Did they enter your info for you or do something so that you were able to enter the info yourself?
