I flew HNL-DFW very recently on the -300ER (4-cabin configuration) and was extremely impressed with the catering. The wine was excellent and the filet was hands-down the best piece of meat I've ever had in the air, easily on the level of a decent steakhouse. I was shocked. First hot meal I've had in the air in quite some time. I really wasn't expecting much more than the standard turkey sandwich. I didn't think this was considered one of their "premium" or transcontinental routes.
