I was in Vegas last weekend for the fourth and wanted to stay here but it was booked. I thought they weren't charging a resort fee. Sorry to hear they are. Looks like I'll be staying with Caesars where they don't charge resort fees, wish Hilton wouldn't for their diamonds.
My friend and I had dinner at the mexican restaurant, food was good but WAY overpriced.
Casino won't give you any kind of status if you are a Hilton diamond and they aren't matching any casino status. Kind of suprising they aren't doing status matches since Wynn and M-life matched my Caesars status. Since they are a new casino it would give people a chance to start out with some status and gamble there. Nice food court.
I was impressed with the casino. Lots of cool photo ops. Very modern design, a lot nicer than the Virgin. I asked at the front desk of one of the hotels (I think it was the conrad) about the breakfast benefit and was told there were only two places you could use the F&B credit at, too bad it couldn't be used in their food court..
