TAP Website not working and I can't call them either

I booked a TAP flight through ANA EWR-LIS-BCN. There are 3 of us on my PNR. I am completely unable to add any passport, contact, or FF mile accounts for any of us. The website keeps saying API Error 501. I have been trying for several days.

I tried to call and the first time I called, the call went through and I was able to pick the option for help with the website. But then I was on hold forever and nothing ever happened. I hung up and tried again, several times over the same several days, and now the phone doesn't even ring.

What should I do? I need to get our passport and other info into their system. Should I go down to my airport? I'm located in BOS.
