Have stayed there (pre-Covid), great location in Legacy, they have done renos which have definitely brought it up to better contemporary standards. But not surprised as to your report...end of the day, it's a FS Marriott property in the US...Marriott, Inc. doesn't seem to have any control over its properties these days.

Your room on the top floor "with M Club access" really doesn't matter if you are a Plat or higher...that is a benefit.

HR in Frisco is brand new, good location attached to the mall, hopefully was a much better experience!
