Get the PCR test as you would for any outbound flight., A few days in advance to insure all is smooth. Nice and relazed.

Schedule a return test the morning of departure in the US. At worst, some hiccup and you have to take the return test on the ground in Nairobi. Both US tests would be free. Give you an extra day for IROPS.

BTW, Plenty of appointments available at Wallgreenes around Atlanta that can turn the ID-Now test (counts as PCR) in a few hours.
