You're going to be charged an annual fee of $550 in December 2021; you'll be charged an annual fee of $695 in December 2022.
Both of these things will happen regardless of whether or not you call for a retention offer (unless you cancel the card, of course.) The retention offer is a "bonus" of sorts to encourage you to continue paying the annual fee.
