OP here. I can't figure out why they contacted my husband-the only thing I could find was that on the account (not the reservation) is my husband's number, not mine. I was not upset about them not having the room available when I arrived because I naively assumed that other accommodations would be made available. When I didn't want to pay more for EACH room, she threatened to cancel my reservation. At that point, I realized that the front desk was not going to be very helpful and I quickly checked the bonvoy app for another hotel (a courtyard was right across the street). BUT, it was after midnight so I couldn't book anything that allow me immediate check-in. It was then that I asked about being put in a King
