I flew ORD-HNL in April with my family on the 787 with “connected together” business class seats. (I really don’t know what it’s called, Zodiac, etc., but I do see why people complain about his particular configuration.) It was generally comfortable and food was decent, and my wife and kids, never having been in a lie-flat, were pretty impressed. Service itself was so-so, and they really rushed through the food service. The FA on my wife’s side told her she was taking too long to eat. My wife thought it was rude… I said whatever.
