I cancelled three awards in the last two month. Each time, I received the taxes back to the credit card within 48-96 hrs, depending on the day of the week I cancelled. I too never received an email confirming the amount (I even received an error message once during the cancellation), but each time the taxes were credited back correctly without the need to call or submit a feedback form.
