Count yourself lucky that you got 4 drinks. My last long haul Business experience on AA was also FCO-DFW about 3 years ago. I got one glass of wine and when finished the empty glass sat there for 3+ hours as the flight attendants repeatedly walked past, neither picking up the glass nor offering me another. Just for the record, I had nothing to drink before the flight.
