Baggage conveyors broke and instead of 1 1/2 hours in CAE, had 25 minutes to get my bag checked again and board. Why didn't you just check it all the way? Even on two seperate itns they can route your bag. They just need a confirmation or ticket to be able to route your bag. I've done this a couple of times when it was just easier/cheaper to continue on what I had booked and then right away start on new ticket. Gotten strange looks before, but never have had a problem.
