22 April 2021 [~10 wks ago](Aust aviation)----> Home quarantine ‘recipe for disaster’, says WA Premier
WA Premier Mark McGowan has said allowing repatriated Australians to quarantine at home on their return would be a “recipe for disaster”. The comments come after Prime Minister Scott Morrison floated the idea of home isolation at the weekend for those who need to leave Australia for essential purposes.
19 April 2021 (Aust aviation)--->‘We must open more bubbles’, says McCormack
05 July (news.com.au)--->Australia’s borders could safely reopen with high vaccination rates

To me likely the Fed Govt & NSW Govt will be more liberal with opening up, without the 14 day hotel quarantine. Either home or fewer days quarantine and more testing
