IMO, a bigger UA IAD operation with a better schedule (more destinations, more banks) is of greater use to me than the current state, even with the C/D gates remaining in use for another decade or two.
I don't think C/D have much more than a decade of useful life in them without substantial renovation/modification... But I would absolutely take more time with them if it guarantees I'll never have to step foot in A1A-A-whatever again
