Granted, the menus on the app haven't been 100% accurate.
I 've got used to the AC app and the experience has been quite good so far. Never had any issues, always found what I needed or what I was looking for. AC's app seems to be more user-friendly than that of Westjet.
On the other hand, the menus are a weak point and should be more accurate.
Westjet updated their app today.
