AS should do the same to AA pax flying on AS.
It is shameful that AA "customer service agents" know almost nothing of the new agreement with AS and the gate agents know/care even less.
Twice I was the only passenger on the Upgrade Waitlist for AA DFW-FAI and FAI-DFW and neither time was I upgraded.
AS is now upgrading even AA Platinum Pro pax for free.
