Google Earth measures DEN A to B at ~1500 ft, ORD B to C at ~750 ft, so about twice as long.
If there was a walkway tunnel between concourses at DEN, I would use it. The 1500 ft between concourses is less than the distance from B95 to the center of B (~2500 ft).
That said, I've never had a problem with the train.
