This was about ~5 years ago but things have definitely changed. I remember the last time I was able to log onto HAs website with my 006 ticket number and self select my seats for the HA leg. When I just did a DL-HA leg 2 months ago, I had to call HA to do seat assignments as the HA website gave me an error message stating “this reservation requires assistance via our Reservations department.”
