Hi,
I am very happy to announce that detailed seat maps of Iberia's A330s, A350, and A320s have been added to
aeroLOPA.com. These seating diagrams are based on the official layout of passenger accommodation plans displayed on grupo.iberia.com and were checked/verified using recent cabin photographs, so they are pretty detailed and I am confident of their accurancy. Well to -/+ 1 cm.
I have a few questions regarding the short haul fleet, and would appreciate the help from our regulars here. As you can see, the mainline A320 seat maps have been produced. I understand the Iberia Express (I2) 320 CEO cabins are very similar, configured to the same 180CM as mainline but some have IAG's standard non-reclining Recaro SL3510s throughout and others still have the older Recaro seats (with pocket recesses behind the headrests), which do recline (slightly). Is this correct?
I am also wading though scores of notes concerning the mainline A321 which I believe were all refitted in 2018/19 to a new 220CM seating config. The main change with this update appears to be the removal of coat cupboards behind doors 1L/2L, replacement seats with new Pinnacle seats (rows 1 to 6), and new Recaro SL3510 seats behind (rows 7-38)
Can anyone confirm if Iberia still operates two types of A319? Planespotters.net suggests only one short haul (141CM) plus 5 mid-haul (14C 108M) configured aircraft remain in the fleet.
Thanks, and I hope you enjoy aeroLOPA.
