Cannot comment on the hotel, obviously, but the location is pretty awesome. We stayed at RC and really liked the fact that everything was so close. This location is imo better than what Hyatt has on the other side of the river or the new property that Hilton is building up north. Sanjo station is just a short walk across the street and Keihan takes you to downtown Osaka in < 1 hour. Plus there is a very good soba shop around the corner called Ebisugawa Tsuruya.
