If you really want free bags, your best bet would be to re-price your DL ticket to originate out of HNL and purchase a separate cheap WN inter-island flight to HNL and give yourself 3-4 hours of “layover” to re-check your bag with DL. There is a chance however the HA bag fees could be cheaper than this and you will just have to do the math and figure out what is the cheapest option for you.
