I generally don’t find BusinessElite seating on the 767 to be a competitive product, and would pick any other aircraft type over it. Price has place my butt mostly on Delta metal (or should I say Delta Connection

) this year, and while I’ve had excellent service from an individual flight attendant here-and-there, overall I’ve found it lacking -- most of my NW flights, OTOH, have been good to very good. At this point, I’d probably place BusinessElite among the weaker products flying across the pond although it's among the best options among domestic F service to Los Angeles
