I’m Lifetime Platinum, traveling solo to Cape Town for a week before hooking up with friends. If I were traveling with SO, I’d book the Westin. But by myself, I don’t need to spend double the points.

The Protea Waterfront Breakwater looks well-situated close to V&A. But the rooms are tiny!

what about the AC Waterfront? Website indicates breakfast includes for all. Decent? Can you walk to V&A … or do I have to Uber (older reports state there was/is a shuttle)?
