Small tangent -- last time I was transiting DEN, I was in C waiting for my Southwest flight when I noticed one single gate that United was operating from. Seemed odd to be operating one gate so far away from The A and B concourses. Anyone have insight as to why? Gate C38. Flight was from DEN - MCI. Had all the United branding at the gate as well so it didn't seem like a one off.
