This series of flights did not route through Atlanta. Additionally, Delta and Eastern were not involved. An A300 was involved however and USAir's F.28 between Miami and Key West is also correct! So, now you've got a bit to work with. I'm sure I speak for many when I say we eagerly anticipate your next response. 
33- well, the AB3 certainly didn’t serve PHF
into MIA, if not Eastern it would have been American or Pan Am … let’s try a Continental DC-9-30 up to Newark/EWR, then PA to MIA

(1990) 3x 747s, YYZ-HNL The 747-400 entered service in 1989, and I recall one of the first routes where launch customer Northwest utilized it was Detroit/DTW to Phoenix/PHX … if the timing matched up, the itinerary would have started on a British Airways flight from YYZ to DTW, and concluded aboard America West (both -200s)
I like this itinerary. Indeed, it never occurred to me. So I looked it up. Alas, the flights don't match up. As such, we're looking for three different airlines operating over an entirely different routing. Please, guess again!
27- I think this will meet the “entirely different” criterion
- YYZ-Seattle/SEA Thai Airways
- SEA-LAX Pan Am
- LAX-HNL Continental
