Anybody know how long TK is taking to refund taxes/fees on award tickets?

My miles came back immediately and the $25 fee was processed correctly, but the email confirmation suggests no refund of taxes/surcharges, which I believe/hope is just typical TK IT messiness - because throughout the online cancellation process a full refund of taxes/surcharges was promised (so I didn't screenshot)
