AFAIR there is no SAS Eire crew on longhaul?

Longhaul C is an absolute mixed bag. All it takes is for the head of the crew to set the standard and everthing can become stellar or completely bottom of the barrel within minutes. However, if you politely remind the Norwegian viking or Danish dragon of what service they are supposed to provide it usually does the trick. In 2018 or 19 I once requested to only get desert so I can go to sleep quicker. Dragon counters with 'desert only at the end of dinner service' and is adamant. So I go to the Purser station and ask if you can't ask for desert earlier as I would like to sleep. Bingo, the dessert appears.
