My limited experience with the Irish crews on SK is that they are very friendly and service-minded. I don't think I have ever been addressed by name on an SK flight, despite being diamond and exclusively flying plus intra-Europe and business with a few odd plus flights TATL and Asia.
My experience has also been Swedish crews being much more service-minded than Danish crews. Never had a Norwegian crew to my knowledge - not even on the oil run Stavanger-Houston.
