As far as I can see, A359s are used trans-Atlantic on LAX, SFO, EWR and ORD. With 2.5 hours between dinner and breakfast, that obviously excludes SFO and LAX, meaning either EWR or ORD. EWR arrives at 07:15, and ORD at 13:15. If 4:45 was two hours before arrival, it was obviously not ORD. The OP has given enough information to identify the flight as likely SK910 EWR-CPH.
SK910 has recently had several sub-7 hour flights. On 1 July, the duration was only 6:48. The dinner service on SAS is, unfortunately, very slow, and they start serving breakfast way too early. But 2.5 hours between dinner and breakfast sounds extremely tight.
