Can someone who recently traveled from the US to Delhi confirm how their experience was after landing at Delhi airport - what to expect, what documents to carry, was there too much confusion??

I plan to travel from SFO to DEL with United Airlines and will be staying in Delhi itself for about 30days. I read few threads and I could gather below information (plz comment if its accurate) -
Before boarding flight -
1) RT-PCR test results from the US, within 72hrs of flight
2) Upload RT-PCR test results, 24hrs before flight landing
3) Air Survidha health declaration
3) Prebook PCR test on the Delhi airport website for 5000 INR (NR 2,400 for the test and INR 2,600 for the lounge access.)

After Landing at Delhi -
1) Mandatory Covid testing based on prebooking above ((Is this required for flights coming from US Or is this test mandatory only for Europe and Middle East??)
2) Mandatory quarantine at home? (Is it okay to quarantine at home Or I need to book a hotel?)
