I can totally understand your frustration.
Some of the points you're mentioning I've experienced before but never considered them severe (like not being adressed as Mr. Whatever) but I can understand how that can be annoying.
One thing I've noticed with SAS is how different the crews can be, and a big part of it is where they are from.
I've always felt welcome, but it might come as a surprisie how different the Scandinavian cultires are from one another.
Which route were you flying?
I've spent time in Denmark, Sweden and Norway and find everyone in hospitality to be very warm and personable. So, I don't think it's a cultural issue. I get it. It's not Cathay, ANA or Japan, but even the worst senior crew on AA or UA blew this crew out of the water.
I'd rather not say which route, but since they're operating so few to the US, it's probably obvious.
