How much noise do you tolerate when you’re traveling in a premium cabin? And at what point will you speak up, either to the staff or to the loud passenger?

Thanks.
Every times this happens (and it happens a lot lately - what is wrong with people?) I just ask the FA if they could please offer the person a set of headphones. That’s all that needs to be said and the FA gets the message and deals with. I have never had to ask twice.
