- What is your ALL status? Diamond. The hotel was appearing as fully booked on Accor systems, but was available on 3rd party sites like Amex. So I had no choice but due to this, no ALL benefits & points. But it was no big deal as this was a very short stay with checking in late evening and leaving early morning. Hotel was definitely very busy based on the number of cars in the parking lot.

- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?

It made the job for a short night.

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive ?

I think it was a classic room that was booked. No upgrade and not sure they have upper categories.

- How are the rooms?

Typical French Mercure, in relatively good condition

- What was good and what was bad?

Good:

comfortable and quiet.

Bad:

Nothing bad, but my stay was very short

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge?

No lounge

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks :

No amenities as my status was not recognized. And no time to enjoy any benefit, anyway.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return?

Yes, if I had to be again in this area. Note that this is not a downtown hotel, but more a business park/Area-type hotel.
