The worst business class crew I've ever had

Was very excited to try SAS and kept reading about the wonderful crews and soft product. It was, by a mile, the worst crew I've ever had in a premium product and it had nothing to do with changes in service due to covid.

I had a biz award and paid a large cash copay to upgrade my companion from economy to business.

Despite lengthy mask rules which included NO cloth masks and the requirement of a surgical or N95 or better, there was NO mask enforcement and you could leave them off through the entire flight if you wanted, as the pax behind me did.

We were challenged by the purser upon boarding as to the legitimacy of our seats even though we had boarding passes and they were demanded of us. We were not welcomed at any time.

During the entire flight we were not addressed by Mr. Or Ms. And our surnames. One FA called my companion "sweetie."

They ran out of some of meal choices but tried tried to hide that from you.

The entree was offered as "meat" or "vegetarian" with no description of the dish. They had no clue what the dish was.

When I asked what was available for red wine, two bottles were shoved in my face with no description whatsoever.

My seat did not have headphones, amenity kit or water upon boarding.

There was no trash pickup throughout the flight so I had to place it on an adjacent seat where it remained for hours creating a trash mountain of wrappers and water bottles.

The FAs did not close the heavy curtain between the galley and mini cabin so light came through until I asked them to close it, and they only did 1 side and then opened it minutes later

I did not get ONE minute of sleep because the FAs were having a party in the galley with laughing, clapping and loud conversatuon throughout the flight. It was if a nightclub had broken out in the galley. I had earplugs in and heard every word.

The morning A350 cabin lights came on at 4:45 am local, nearly 2 hours before landing because the crew wanted to dispense with breakfast early. That means between finishing dinner and starting breakfast was about 2.5 hours on a Trans Atlantic. Not like I could sleep anyway with the galley conga line.

Not one person thanked us for flying SAS before landing.

The internet didn't work on the plane because the plane was "too new." I'm quoting the crew.

I'm assuming no PDBs and no dessert was covid related. I have no idea if they catered liquor, but we sure weren't offered any options.

I wrote SAS and they told me to pound sand and blamed it on.... and I'm not making this up... a pilot strike.
