That’s another benefit of doing one month stays - gives you added flexibility to change duration of your stays (cut it down by a few days/weeks to catch a Hyatt promo, skip a month to move to a Marriott for a Bonvoy promo, etc) for any other promotions that come up over the next year. Something that may not be so easy to do if you negotiate a 3m (or longer) rate. Depends on just how much better a longer term rate would be vs the 1m rates you’ve already booked.
