Domestic PE??? Are you talking about a domestic PE ticket or flying domestic Y in a PE seat? I think you can do the latter (it's Y with a better seat) but not the former. On domestic flights, cabin service for metal with PE seats is Y (actually MCE) for seats that on international flights would sell as PE.
