Twitter works well. DM them with some basic info:
- name
- date of booking
- FF#
- Address
- Email address
- PNR
And then just tell them the seats you want. Inefficient... yes. But gets the job done.
Thanks ! I actually got 3K so I'm quite happy but just cant officially see it as I cant get past the contacts page. I will try them on Twitter. Believe I did a year ago when having same issue and got No response.
Why dont they fix this though I dont get it. It has something to do with FF numbers. In fact the other time it happened they put in a made up FF number for me and the problem was solved. Really weird.
Still curious too just if not seeing a seat map/changing seats is b/c its non rev. ? Thx
