Had to re issue a QR ticket with AA awards and here we go again with Not being able to see my reservation. I can see it in the background but cant get past this stupid Contact Info thing. Exacty what happened with the original reservation. I did go to Rj.com and I can see the reservation there although I'd like to see it on QR. So presently on hold for 1 hour and counting with QR. Seems like QR IT is the absolute worse. I mean even once they fix this Contact Info glitch thing I cant even see a seat map or change seats online with QR,. Btw, Rj.com wouldnt let me change seats either so I guess with an AA award the only way is by phone?
Twitter works well. DM them with some basic info:
- name
- date of booking
- FF#
- Address
- Email address
- PNR
And then just tell them the seats you want. Inefficient... yes. But gets the job done.
