A few times in first and business class recently, people sitting near me have watched videos on their phones. With the volume turned up to be full blast.

I didn’t say anything (in one situation, I just self-downgraded to a lower seat to get away from the noise). So the higher price of the business class ticket was wasted.

How much noise do you tolerate when you’re traveling in a premium cabin? And at what point will you speak up, either to the staff or to the loud passenger?
