I used to swear by B&R - but not so much any more after they would not repair or replace a damaged bag. So much for their warranty. What's worst is the complete runaround their CS provided. Of course, I'm still using my other B&R pieces and probably will for years to come . . . at which point I'll probably look elsewhere, but put me in the "buy expensive" group.
