You can ask for a Supervisor and if not satisfied a Screening Manager, then AFSD, then FSD then Area Director the Stone. Chances are you won't need (or get) to go above a Screening Manager.
With the new uniforms there is an easy way to see who is who. The shoulder boards or epaulet covers (those are the dark blue things with the TSA and gold lines) tell the story.
One Line = Screener
Two Lines = Lead Screener
Three Lines = Supervising Screener
