You should. Just a note, if you are NOT using AMEX-specific credits (or there is no special value-prop for using AMEX FHR) -- it is often better to book under the Stars/Luminous Program. Off the record, that also sets you with greater priority for the upgrade. But, upgrades are so tough now due to occupancy (Cosmo is very busy) that it probably barely matters. Just something to keep in mind.
