Southwest had a system problem two weeks ago that cancelled some of our fall trips and me rebooking online would have been at a higher rate so I had to call to fix the errors. After TWO hours on hold, I got them fixed. I filled out a comment online about how this was not the first time our flights had been cancelled and rebooked without our knowledge or just plain cancelled, either way it is very frustrating. We got a travel credit for $200.
